This property was based in Buckinghamshire and is a textbook example of efflorescence and mortar stains on brickwork.
Efflorescence is the surface build-up of water-soluble salts that can be present in the mortar and fabric of your building; when your building fabric becomes saturated, these salts can migrate to the surface and show as an unsightly white flaky powder.
The DOFF steam cleaning system alongside an appropriate cleaning solution is the best method for efflorescence removal for this type of project. The high temperature of the DOFF ensures no damage occurs to the original building material whilst still providing excellent results as proven here.
A small trip away for the team and a very happy client.
