Efflorescence Removal
Efflorescence is the surface build-up of water-soluble salts that can be present in the mortar and fabric of your building, when your building fabric becomes saturated these salts can migrate to the surface and show as an unsightly flaky powder.
The proper method of treatment involves using a neutralising solution and a mild acid to remove the salts, then removal of any residues with the DOFF steam cleaning system.
Prep Work
Apply specially formulated efflorescence remover
Activation period
Wait for the formulation to activate and begin breaking down the Efflorescence
Deep clean
After appropriate dwell time remove with Doff steam cleaning system.
